Mais qu&#8217;est-ce que cela signifie ? En bref, cela signifie que l&#8217;on vole avec un avion sur lequel sont install\u00e9es des pi\u00e8ces qui ne sont pas conformes aux limites de r\u00e9vision. Pour donner un exemple, tous les fabricants de moteurs \u00e0 piston recommandent une dur\u00e9e de vie pour leurs moteurs.&nbsp;Cette dur\u00e9e de vie est exprim\u00e9e en jours et en heures. La plupart du temps, cette dur\u00e9e de vie est calcul\u00e9e autour de 2000 heures ou 12 ans, selon ce qui arrive en premier.&nbsp;Lorsqu&#8217;un moteur \u00e0 pistons atteint la fin de son cycle de vie normal, on peut s&#8217;attendre \u00e0 une certaine usure des cylindres, des pistons, des roulements, etc. Mais que se passe-t-il si le moteur d&#8217;avion a atteint 12 ans mais n&#8217;a que 800 heures de fonctionnement. Il se peut alors que le moteur soit en \u00e9tat de continuer \u00e0 fonctionner pendant quelques ann\u00e9es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs CAA europ\u00e9ennes ont accept\u00e9 dans le pass\u00e9 que vous puissiez continuer \u00e0 voler dans le cadre d&#8217;un programme de maintenance conditionnelle. Vous avez d\u00fb mettre en place un programme de surveillance suppl\u00e9mentaire, qui doit \u00eatre approuv\u00e9 par votre CAA locale, avec des t\u00e2ches suppl\u00e9mentaires pour vous assurer que l&#8217;\u00e9tat du moteur est bon. La plupart de ces t\u00e2ches suppl\u00e9mentaires d\u00e9crivent que vous devez voler un minimum d&#8217;heures par mois, effectuer des analyses suppl\u00e9mentaires d&#8217;\u00e9chantillons d&#8217;huile et effectuer une inspection suppl\u00e9mentaire selon l&#8217;\u00e9tat tous les six mois. Ces inspections \u00e9taient n\u00e9cessaires pour d\u00e9terminer et surveiller tout changement de l&#8217;\u00e9tat du moteur. Le vol selon \u00e9tat n&#8217;\u00e9tait possible que dans le cadre d&#8217;une exploitation non commerciale. Ces programmes ne s&#8217;appliquaient pas aux a\u00e9ronefs immatricul\u00e9s aux \u00c9tats-Unis, ce qui incite les propri\u00e9taires d&#8217;a\u00e9ronefs \u00e0 opter pour un N-reg.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partie-ML de l&#8217;EASA&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;EASA Part-ML a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre. Ces r\u00e8gles s&#8217;appliquent aux a\u00e9ronefs immatricul\u00e9s dans les \u00c9tats membres de l&#8217;EASA et suivent davantage le syst\u00e8me de la FAA, de sorte que l&#8217;avantage de passer \u00e0 un N-reg est limit\u00e9. La partie ML de l&#8217;EASA s&#8217;applique aux a\u00e9ronefs priv\u00e9s dont le poids ne d\u00e9passe pas 2730 kg. Le principal avantage de l&#8217;EASA Part-ML est que les propri\u00e9taires d&#8217;a\u00e9ronefs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&#8217;une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de maintenance.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de l&#8217;EASA Part-ML, le propri\u00e9taire de l&#8217;a\u00e9ronef peut d\u00e9clarer un programme d&#8217;entretien de l&#8217;a\u00e9ronef (AMP) pour son a\u00e9ronef. Ce programme peut \u00eatre bas\u00e9 sur le manuel de maintenance des a\u00e9ronefs (AMM) ou sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.easa.europa.eu\/sites\/default\/files\/dfu\/Annex%20VI%20\u2014%20AMC%20and%20GM%20to%20Part-ML%20\u2014%20Issue%201.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le programme d&#8217;inspection minimum de l&#8217;EASA<\/a> (MIP). Si vous d\u00e9clarez que votre a\u00e9ronef sera entretenu conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&#8217;AMM, vous n&#8217;avez pas \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un programme d&#8217;entretien personnalis\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutes les limitations de navigabilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;AMM (chapitre 4), y compris les consignes de navigabilit\u00e9 (AD), sont obligatoires, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments recommand\u00e9s (chapitre 5) peuvent faire l&#8217;objet de certaines d\u00e9rogations, qui doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre traduites dans le PMA de l&#8217;a\u00e9ronef. Ces d\u00e9rogations ne peuvent pas \u00eatre moins restrictives que le PMI et, par cons\u00e9quent, le respect des conditions signifie aujourd&#8217;hui qu&#8217;il faut inspecter les \u00e9l\u00e9ments au moins toutes les 100 heures ou annuellement, selon la premi\u00e8re \u00e9ventualit\u00e9. Dans tous les cas, lorsque vous vous appr\u00eatez \u00e0 vous \u00e9carter d&#8217;un intervalle de maintenance recommand\u00e9, il convient d&#8217;adopter une approche fond\u00e9e sur le risque.
